However, Nanci's has encapsulated the yogurt culture so that it becomes active only when reconstituted with water. FRUIT SORBET DRY MIX

Fructose Freezer is the trademarked name designating our non-dairy sorbet line; it is not frozen yogurt since it contains no live yogurt cultures or dairy products. Reports of lactose intolerance, especially in older Americans and certain ethnic groups, are on the rise throughout the world, giving way for the need of a pure non-dairy product. Nanci's Fruit Freezer is similar to the classic sorbet, but without all the table sugar. It is cold and refreshing and provides a sherbet-like texture. Although traditionally more of a warm weather product, this dessert, when swirled with vanilla yogurt, creates the creamsicle --a wonderful treat any time of year!
